Women's Month: Meet Kat Cosgrove

Kat Cosgrove is a Developer Advocate at JFrog. Before this, she spent a year at JFrog on the IoT team, where she was thrust into a very fast-paced environment and needed to quickly become functional in a vast number of tools, technologies and workplaces.

Despite learning a great deal, Kat did acknowledge that it was not easy, and work could be done to create an easy-learning environment for aspiring DevOps leaders.

‘We can write better documentation, we can mentor our juniors, we can hire tech leads like mine, who have the drive and passion to teach. Suffering is not a rite of passage to DevOps excellence.’
